Question for Moms

Adam was given instructions for 3 formula feedings each day of Neosure that is made to help preemies catch up. We are very close to graduating from the little bottle that we brought home from the hospital to a bigger bottle and I wondered what kind of bottles we should buy. Did anyone have a certain kind that you really liked?

  1. Lisa,

Both Tim and I like the Born Free Bottles. We went for the BPA free plastics. The air vent helps reduce potential gas and the nipples help to prevent "confusion". A friend of mine uses Dr. Brown's, which she likes, too.

  3. we love Dr. Brown's. Reed was very colicky. Once we switched to Dr. Brown's he was immediately better. Maybe just a coincidence, but we are believers. They are BPA free but are also tiresome to wash all six pieces. So glad Adam is doing so well.

  5. we liked the playtex vent air, easier to clean than the dr. brown, we got a dr. brown as a gift, used it once and i dont think we used it again. but chloe never had a problem with cholic, and rarely ever had a problem eating. i suppose if she had we would have tried others. from what we have found, we took everyone's recommendations on everything, which you will get even if not asked we found, but still tried pretty much everything and just settled on whatever worked best for chloe. there are way to many options out there for 1 thing to be the best for every baby. but of course we are always happy to let you know what we have tried and liked and what we have tried and not liked, of any baby product, like i said i think we tried everything as we went through the experience of being 1st time parents. wow i cannot wait till august for our 2nd time around. i wonder how different that will be
