David and I took a trip back to Chicago in August to celebrate his milestone birthday! The grandparents were in charge again, and we were very grateful for the chance to have a couple of days of fun where we could just go - no diaper bags, sippy cups, or naptime scheduling.
The weather was gorgeous!
My cousin Shelly lives in the suburbs and came into the city to meet me for lunch. Love her and miss seeing her more often!

We ate well, played hard, and celebrated David. Happy Birthday, babe! Welcome to the 30's!
